In 1:1 coaching, we work together on your concerns. This is primarily about
encounter with yourself. I keep an overview for you, offer you support in adopting different perspectives and becoming aware of yourself. Obstructive beliefs and patterns can
come to light and be released. I accompany you through the change you desire,
and support you in leaving your comfort zone when necessary.
The aim is to give you new clarity, strength and the ability to act.
My counselling is solution-oriented:
Sometimes all it takes is an impulse for a specific issue (1-5 sessions), but in difficult life situations or a change of direction, longer counselling can also make sense. We orientate ourselves to your needs and agree the time periods, pace and supplementary methods together.

marjoram deep muscle relax massage
This massage of the neck and back, with the warming and deeply relaxing oil of marjoram
marjoram oil, can be enjoyed sitting or lying down and relieves deep tension gently and
effectively.
Also suitable as first aid for acute tension and a stiff neck.

reiki rebalancing treatment
Reiki is an ancient Japanese tradition of energetic healing work.
Through the laying on of hands, the energy in the body and aura of the person being treated is cleansed, strengthened and balanced. This method is based on the assumption that every person has the power to heal themselves. Reiki reactivates – as required and for the benefit of the recipient – what is already there anyway. For this reason, Reiki does not address symptoms or illnesses, but rather restores the energetic balance that is necessary for the alleviation of complaints, for well-being and for healing.
Reiki balances your entire system, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually!
An energetic imbalance can have just as many causes as symptoms, Reiki supports the resolution of both, it brings you back to the centre and enables better self-awareness and thus self-care. Even without acute symptoms, Reiki can improve your well-being and health, it supports you in challenging phases and in times of change.
Reiki is always a gift to yourself, it strengthens your connection to yourself and to life itself!
This type of healing work can be used alongside all forms of therapy and is completely free of religion, culture and beliefs. Reiki is permitted during pregnancy and the postpartum period, can alleviate discomfort and strengthen the bond between mother and child.
I treat you in Hamburg Ottensen, on the Danish island of Ærø and by remote treatment wherever you are. Each Reiki session includes a pre-treatment talk and a post-treatment talk.

LomiLomiNui is known as the ‘queen of massages’ and means ‘unique, powerful kneading’. It originates from the traditional Hawaiian art of healing and helps to balance or maintain energy. This form of massage is also used to accompany people in phases of change, to cleanse and prepare them for the new.
Lots of warm oil, long stroking touches, gentle joint movements and stretches lead to deep relaxation and can release physical and mental blockages. There is often a feeling of being held – like a connection between the person being massaged and the universe and their own centre.
With a LomiLomi mini-retreat, you can relax and pamper yourself and maintain your energy balance and health.

A skinreading is a holistic mini-coaching on the topic of skin, with the aim of making you feel really comfortable in and with your skin again and giving it a healthy and beautiful glow.
Our skin reflects our soul and forms our barrier to the outside world, it is our largest sensory organ and is often regarded as the basis of our beauty – its size and importance for our well-being have prompted me to give it its own space of attention here.
Skinreading can be useful for you if you don’t feel good in your skin, if you want to switch to natural cosmetics, want to support your beauty from within or are looking for a new beauty routine for yourself.
It also makes a great gift for young people when they are developing their first beauty routine.

I do not make any promises of healing and will only support you.
